5 Seconds of Summer

My favorite band is 5 Seconds of Summer because they are all hilarious. My favorite guy in the group is Calum Hood. He is very cute and funny. The other guys in the group are Luke, Michael, and Ashton. I listen to their music evryday because it always gets me really pumped up. My favorite song by them is Wherever You Are and Try Hard. I was suppose to see them in concert with One Direction, but they couldn't make it and I was so sad. But hopefully I get to see them in concert sometime next year, because that is my dream.

My Boxer Dog (Star)

I have a boxer and she is a girl. Her name is Star. I came up with the name because when we first got her it was at night, and my mom asked what should we name her and I looked up at the sky and said Star. She is a really good and pretty dog. My mom says I spoil her, but I just call it being nice. Every night I lift her onto my bed and let her sleep with me. Also, I give her two treats a day to keep her happy. When shes happy she never stops running around and it's really funny to watch. I love when I give her baths because afterwards she goes crazy and she starts sneezing!!

Hawaii

If I could visit one place in the world it would be Hawaii because I've seen pictures and it looks beautiful there. My brother went there a few summers ago and he told me that it's a blast there. There is all sorts of activities to do and cool places you can go eat at. Also, I want to go to Hawaii because it just seems so relaxing and calm there. I imagine just sitting around the pool listening to music and looking at the amazing view. Maybe when I get older I will be able to go there someday.

Two days ago on 9/16/2014, the 7th grade Festus volleyball team played the Herculaneum team. The first set of the game we played really good and ended up wining the first set 25-16, or something like that. Then the second set came and we were doing good till half way through it. We were tied 20-20 and the other team had the ball. They served three in a row and it was 20-23. They served two more points and we ended up losing the second set. So since both of us lost one set, we had to play a third set. We were all tied up at the end of the game and the score was 24-24. In volleyball you have to win  by two points. So they served and we got a point. But then we lost the point. It was game point for them and they got the point. So we ended up losing 24-26.

The Big Dougnut

I am working on a super sized creation. This wonderful food is going to be a gigantic doughnut. Inside the big doughnut there will be jelly filling. On the outside of the doughnut there will be glaze frosting. It will come in a circular shape, and it can feed at least 3 people. For this delicious desert it will only cost $15.00.

9/11/01 was not a happy day for most of New York. Some people lost their friends,family, and relatives. On this day the twin towers fell because of people who thought they were doing the right thing. Two planes were crashed into the towers and the people on the plane didn't survive. This was one of the most saddest days in America.

Little Enchanted House

I am a real estate agent for magical homes. It is kind of hard being a real estate agent because when I go into the houses I never know whats going to be in there. I remember one time when I was at an enchanted little house, I was so scared and confused. The house had all kinds of creatures and confusing turns. It took me a while to find my way out because by the time I was almost out of the door, the house turned into a maze.

The One Direction Concert

On 8/27/2014 I went to the One Direction concert with my friend. There were so many people there. It looked like every seat in the building was filled with One Direction fans. When the concert started a guy came out and sang a few songs and played guitar. Then they played a few songs on the big screen. After that, it was time for One Direction to come out, and I had the best night of my life watching them sing.

My stop-motion video

My stop motion video is a man driving down the street. While driving a turtle comes into his path. He is unable to stop and ends up hitting the turtle! As soon as he does this, since he is not wearing a seat belt, he is launched through the wind shield and flies through the air. He goes through to Egypt then to china and that's all we are able to see since he is flying so fast. He then comes back to where his car is. He almost lands back into the car......... almost. he slams into the ground face first skidding on the pavement. After seeing this the turtle realizes that he was never supposed to cross the street at all and begins to walk back.

I believe that the quote "manipulation is the core of our social interaction'' is very accurate at portraying how our society is run. Politics, Lawyers even restaurants try to manipulate you through advertisements. It doesn't stop there though, every day you and your friends try to manipulate  each other to make you or your friends think who is the funniest, coolest, best looking etc.. Everyone is doing it. Even now i am trying to manipulate you into believing that "manipulation is the core of our social interaction''. Just something to think about I suppose.

What is something you want to do or something you will never do again.

I have always been curious about skydiving, the thought of falling out of a plane that is ten thousand feet in the air has always excited me. Although i am extremely  afraid of heights I think that i would be able to make the jump. However I am very sure that after going skydiving even once i think it will immediately become a welcome member of the something I will never do again. A few reasons that it will most likely be able to snuggle into the never want to to again is that I have heard several stories about people being seriously injured not because of falling but because of the pull back of the parachute.

Abe Lincoln was a simple man who liked simple things. Until one day when he was working on a few speeches he suddenly heard strange beats and sounds coming from the hallway. When he came out he saw the strangest thing he has ever seen. There with a pair of parachute pants and a yellow t-shirt with a smiley face on it stood a young man with a large box on is shoulder.He heard that these strange beats and sounds came from the box the young boy was holding. he couldn't help but move to these beats and began dancing in a way no one has before. The young boy saw that picture Abe liked the song he was playing so he simply set down the boombox and walked away never to talk to Abe again.

Strange weather in Missouri

In case you haven't noticed Missouri's spring hasn't exactly been spring so far. But with the recent warm up has got everyone confused. It is strange to be able to start out with 20-30 degree weather on Monday and then have 60-70 degree weather on Thursday. It like we changed seasons in the middle of the week! Then it can go from raining and gloomy in the morning to bright with the sun shining in the afternoon. Aah don't you love Missouri.

Would you rather have a rewind button or a pause button?

 would much rather have a pause button due to how much i would be able to do with it comparatively to being able to rewind. With being able to pause i could put things in odd places as a prank (eggs above peoples heads, cars in buildings, etc.). I would also seem very smooth because every time I screwed up talking to a girl I would be able to stop and think about what I should say thus having me never say anything stupid. I would also be able to take anything I wanted from anywhere and never be caught. I could simply walk into the bank and take all the money from the vault.

To keep your kids entertained on a snow day you must first make sure they are properly dressed for the cold. Now once your outside you can do many things such as build a snowman or sledding.

My Mom's New Car

My Moms new car is a Saturn Outlook. The new car has lots of features including; Heated Seats, DVD Player, and... a automatic lift gate that will open with just a push of the button. But and automatic lift gate isn't always good if your sitting in traffic and figure out that that button opens the lift gate. Then when it starts to open you push the button again to stop it. So now your stuck in traffic with your trunk half way open and your not able to shut it.

Busch Stadium Field Trip

Today is the Busch Stadium Field Trip for the Koch science class. Many have said that the tour part of the trip is fun but the you have to learn some core class stuff. I don't know for sure but I think it will be fun with the learning or without. I mean you get to lave school so I'm happy no matter what we do. It might ruin the tour with how much wind there is but I think I will be OK especially if we stay indoors most of the time.

Pride summary

In the time America has been a country their has always been discrimination. The movie "Pride" focuses on a black swim team who tries to over come discrimination to become respected in the swimming community. That is not going to be an easy task when Mainline Academy, PDR's main rival, has won the championship for the past several years. As well as having to save the Rec. Center that they train at.

The worst thing a parent could do to a child

Now I could make this short and say just read "a child called it" but this is close to me so here it goes. Most parents when they have a child plan it and want a child but sometimes it i unplanned and the parents end up hating the child. On most occasions however a child is singled out from other children and abused by lack of food, more beatings etc.. I think this is the worst thing you could do to as child. Many think that bullying at school is bad but imagine being bullied at home  and not only that but by your own parents. Being singled out from your brothers and sisters for simply being you.

My dog Mack was an English Mastiff who weighed about 230 pounds. We recently had to put him down due to an apparent stroke, he was ten years old. It makes me very sad to see him go but I know that we did the right thing. He had a cancerous lump in his back right foot which made it very difficult for him to walk. He and my other dog Maggie had 3 litters of puppies.

If I had the iPhonus for one day

      If I had one day to keep the iPhonus I would send as many howler mails to all my friends as I could. The howler mail would yell at them in class and would make them freak out. I would also use the expelioumous  app to make peoples treys fly out of their hands at lunch. Also, I would use the iPatronus app so that I could ride around on it through the school.

Coding coarse Like or Dislike

The coding coarse for me seemed to be trying to make it more fun then actually teaching you how to code. I personally did not learn anything that I didn't already know about coding. Due to the lack of teaching you how to code I would not recommend this to anyone really trying to learn coding. As well the coarse was bland and lacked interest to me. I would also recommended trying to find a coarse that taught JavaScript instead of regular coding and find a coarse that taught you binary.

Verrückt is a new water slide opening in Kansas City May 23rd. With a 17 story drop of over 65 mph you have to be brave to ride this ride. You and three friends will be able to ride this behemoth of a water slide. Created by the "Wizard of Water" Jeff Henry ,who was also the creator of all the rides at Schlitterbahn Water Park. Jeff claims to smash Guinness records on the opening day of his ride. The Verrückt is currently going under extensive testing to make sure the ride is safe for those who are seeking a thrill.

Mico-Windmills

I have recently read an article about micro-windmills which can be used to power our phones with wind energy.  Measuring 1.8 millimeters the windmill  is small enough that it will charge your phone but will not be a problem when chatting with your friend. The creator Jung-Chih Chiao thought of the idea while trying to figure out the best way to power his night lights in his back yard using wind energy. Despite the small size of the windmills they can withstand very strong wind gusts. With these windmills nearly on the market who knows what may be coming in the near future!
