If you Build it They Will Come

I think that alot of young people just want a place to hang out, you know a place just to kindof do whatever. What i thik the best choice is a place with a lot of diffrent things like a recreation facility but for younger people. One good reason to do this is if people are at this facility having fun with there friends they wount be out breaking the law or something worse.
